PFC Bradley Manning, who has been imprisoned by the American military for over a year without trial for his alleged role as the source of the leaked State Department Cables that have rocked a good amount of the global political establishment, has been nominated by the Icelandic Parliament for the 2012 Nobel Peace Prize.
