How to Cook Tilapia Fillets baked in a buttered cheese sauce.


Ingredients:

5 fresh Tilapia Fillets

¼lb margarine (1 stick)

6 ounces Cheddar Cheese

2 medium onions
(Diced)

2 medium red bell peppers
(Diced)

4 medium tomatoes
(diced)

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Garlic powder
