For the eighth year running Fed Square was alighted in the middle of the damp wintery darkness that is Melbourne in June. The event is called The Light in Winter and it aims to bring together local and international artists for free events, performances and exhibitions centered around a theme. This year’s theme is all about the cycles and circles of life.
