Talya Elitzer is a force to be reckoned with in the modern music industry. As co-founder and President of Godmode, she brings a visionary, artist-first philosophy to artist development championing a roster that includes boundary-pushing talents like Channel Tres and JPEGMAFIA. Her journey into music began in the most unlikely of places: the mailroom of William Morris Endeavor (WME). But rather than stay behind the scenes, she used that experience as a launching pad. She later worked at WME as a booking agent and went on to be a senior A&R at Capitol Records.
